FTC：Before the interview, I did some research about you. You're very famous in China, but for a rather peculiar reason. Most people here know you as the billionaire who swapped blood with his son, although you have already stopped that,and You have accomplished so much more than that. Does it bother you that your other work gets overshadowed by the blood story？
Bryan Johnson: Yeah, that's okay. what happens is that typically when somebody is doing something novel, the entry point for people to become aware of it is something very simple and often times scandalous or, you know, something that will get people excited. And then once people are aware of the project, then they become more curious and they find out more details. So this is a natural process. In the US, this happened several years ago, and then the narrative has dramatically changed. Almost—and no one mentions the blood swapping in the US. But given that we're newer in China,I will mention that for context, the reason I did that blood exchange, the plasma exchange, is that my father was suffering from cognitive decline. And there was some evidence that suggested it may be beneficial for him. And so I did it for my father. So it wasn't about me getting it from my son, it was about me taking care of my father. My son just happened to participate.
FTC: I’m sure you get this a lot, but I have to ask,You have achieved great success with Braintree. What was the moment that made you decide to move on from building FinTech to pursuing longevity?
