Wall Street stocks edged higher on Monday as fresh data capped the rally in tech stocks such as Tesla and renewed investors’ concerns over US economic growth.
The benchmark S&P 500 index closed up 0.1 per cent and the Nasdaq Composite finished 0.2 per cent higher following a survey which pointed to a steeper than expected contraction in factory activity.
