NORTH KOREA IN FOOD AID RIFT WITH US

Washington agreed last year to provide North Korea with 500,000 tonnes of food under a deal that would see the WFP distribute 400,000 tonnes and a consortium of non-governmental organisations led by MercyCorps handle the remainder.
