Asia-Pacific airlines at ‘tipping point\'

Airlines in the Asia-Pacific region are at a “tipping point”. They are only weeks away from grounding as much as 10 per cent of their aircraft as they grapple with weak revenues, falling load factors and excess capacity.

These dropped more than 20 per cent or by nearly 300,000 passengers in February compared with the same time last year.
