Chinese leftovers

Sir David Tang, entrepreneur and founder of ICorrect offers advice on questions about property, interiors – and modern manners for globetrotters

Could you give us advice on enjoying Chinese culture? Food is an easy one, but how good is the furniture, especially those wooden sofas?

It is not easy to enjoy Chinese food when so much of it is so awful, particularly across America where it is made worse by elephantine portions.
