Greenland has finally come to London.
The Chinese state-owned property developer on Tuesday said it was investing £1.2bn in two development projects in London – the first time the company has ventured into the UK.
Little-known outside its home country, Greenland Group was founded in 1992 and has risen to become one of the most international and ambitious of China’s property companies.
