China bulls could soon be running free.
That’s the message from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, which has adopted what it calls an “outright structurally bullish” stance on Asia and emerging markets, citing especially eye-catching changes in China, including a newly-benign outlook for inflation.
The research points to further declines of producer prices in China, a turnround from the firmer trend apparent in 2016.
