India bombs remote Pakistan region in latest sign of tension

Indian jets crossed the line of control with neighbouring Pakistan early Tuesday morning, and bombed a remote region, as tensions between the nuclear-armed neighbours escalated after a deadly terror attack in Indian-held Kashmir earlier this month.

New Delhi has made no official statement on the strike. Quoting the air force sources, ANI reported that the camps had been “completely destroyed.”
