WEF global poll finds 74% would be vaccinated

About three-quarters of respondents told a World Economic Forum/Ipsos global survey that they would be willing to be vaccinated against Covid-19, the Davos institution said on Monday.

Of those unwilling, worries about side effects, followed by perception of effectiveness, were the main concerns.

The countries where Covid-19 vaccination intent is highest are China (97 per cent), Brazil (88 per cent), Australia (88 per cent) and India (87 per cent).
