Over-supply in the property sector led China's property prices to cool further in June, to the slowest annual pace in more than a year.
New home prices across 70 cities tracked by the government rose 4.2 per cent from a year ago, versus a 5.6 per cent annual rise in May.
Back in January, annual prices had been climbing at 9.6 per cent.
