Q: I recently flew from London Heathrow to Kuwait via Doha on Qatar Airways. The transit time in Doha was 35 minutes. I know it works, since I used the same connection some two weeks earlier. The flight from Heathrow was delayed and landed five minutes late. As a result, I missed the connecting flight. This meant I had a six hour wait – as long as the flight time from London – at Doha airport. Can I claim compensation under the EU passenger's charter?
