Is the health of a PA less valuable than that of CEO?

I work as the PA to the chief executive of a large company that has been hard hit by the recession. Over recent weeks his levels of stress have risen to the extent that he has been told by the board to take time off to rest at a well-known clinic that specialises in helping

burnt-out executives and celebrities.

A week or so in a health club, paid for by the company, would help me recover from the stresses of working for this individual. Am I naive to expect the company to think about the well-being of anyone other than those at the very top?
