On a recent US Airways flight from West Palm Beach to Washington’s Reagan Airport (uh oh, too much information?), I was seated in 6D. The person across the aisle in 5C spent the two-hour flight working on staff assessments. It was impossible for me to avoid seeing her bright, 17-inch computer screen, the names of the employees or the results of their test scores.
I wonder whether it is wise, or even legal, to work on personnel information in public. Do you have a view?
